As well the education of new technologies in rubber and rollers is main part in the company´s business because the roller business is only possible with a professional support and experts. Toni Lueckenotto always emphasized his qualified and many years experied team. |

For himself was the mutual exchange in his specialized area the most important job – because of this he always cared his international contacts. This includes the contacts to all notable roller manufacturers – cooperation was very important for him, even sometimes that means “cooperative concurrency”. He was as well cooperative to his colleagues from the technical dealing. |

On the 1st of September 1997 Toni Lueckenotto
celebrated his 40th anniversary in the company. In the same week – on 6th of September 1997 – Toni Lueckenotto died suddenly and unexpected. |

The company is leaded further on in the memory of Toni Lueckenotto by his wife, Edith Lueckenotto, as CEO with the many years experienced team. The son, Tony, was since this tragically event employed in the company. His advantage is his education in machine building and business. Actually he is just before to finish his studies in economics to enter soon back in the company. |
