In December 1974 the company celebrated its 25th anniversary. |
|
This
was overshadowed by the Death from Hildegard Lueckenotto – she died on 3rd
of June 1974 after a long disease three months after her 60th birthday.

Toni Lueckenotto, who lead the company since this time, made for this big task the conceivable best training. |
|
Adviced by his father he started with a 3 ½ years accomplishment in a machine building company in Duesseldorf. |
 |
|
|
After his exams he travelled through Germany and Europe and mounted specially vertical turret lathes. |
| After this and before he started on the 1st of September 1957 in his father´s company he made a training in a rubber goods producing company and learned the secrets of rubber. |
 |
|
|
In evening schools he learned the necessary business education. |
