Over 50 years of experience in the field of industrial rollers and roller coverings stand for the reliability and continuity of LUERAFLEX®. Founded in 1949 by Gerhard Lueckenotto, the company celebrated its 50 years anniversary on 3rd of December 1999. |
The past five decades have won the company a constant increase in both international and national customers profiting from our wide range of industrial rollers and roller coverings. |

The program includes rollers up to 1600 mm Diameter and 9500 mm length and a maximum weight of 13 tons per Roller. |
The art of covering runs over Natural Rubber, Neoprene, Silicon rubber, Butyl rubber, etc. – to Duroplasts – for example Polyurethanes – to Hart coatings, Teflon Coatings, Ceramic coatings, etc. |

Additionally Roller Cores of every type are produced, for example out of
Materials like Steel, Aluminium, CFK, Stainless Steel, etc. and Double
Walled Cylinders (Heating and Cooling Cylinders). |
