LUERAFLEX® - SPREADER ROLLS can be installed practically anywhere in your machinery and arranged to suit various site requirements. They can operate at almost any Web speed and with NO ADJUSTMENT.

The Web will be spread by the combined affects of the profile of the LUERAFLEX® - SPREADER ROLLS and the high coefficient of friction of the Elastomer (Rubber). Creasing will be totally prevented.

A contact angle (10° - 180°) will be sufficient for lighter Webs and heavier materials may only require a contact angle of 25° - depending on the tension present in the machine.

Contrary to the conventional speaders LUERAFLEX® - SPREADER ROLLS do not require any adjustment. Your therefore save waste and lost production time.

LUERAFLEX® - SPREADER ROLLS require no drive and have no troublesome internal bearings, furthermore the rolls can be re-covered several times using the existing core. 

The installation of one LUERAFLEX® - SPREADER ROLL often results in the removal of several existing spreader rolls.
